Our modified Veterans Day program has been rescheduled and will now be tomorrow Friday, November 14th at 10:00 AM. We warmly welcome all veterans and their families to join us as we celebrate and thank you for your service and sacrifice. ❤️🤍💙 Light refreshments will be provided following. This month, we’re focusing on Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind!
Students across Rockcastle County Schools are learning how to set purposeful goals, stay focused through challenges, and make thoughtful decisions that align with their values. By envisioning their future, our Rockets are becoming resilient learners, critical thinkers, innovative leaders, and responsible citizens — all charting their own course toward success! 🚀

🚀📚 The RCMS Book Fair will take place November 10 - 18 in the library. Students will visit the Book Fair through their library rotation during their Language Arts class. They can also visit any morning during homeroom with teacher permission. In an effort to enhance the safety and security of students at Rockcastle County Middle School, a K-9 Unit (Drug Dog) visited the school this afternoon. The visit was conducted smoothly and without any disruption to the school day.

Leadership begins long before the classroom — it starts at home. Families can help children take responsibility and make thoughtful choices by using the “Pause, Think, Choose” method. Encourage your child to stop, reflect, and make the best choice for any situation. Together, we’re building strong proactive habits that last a lifetime!
